I am passionate about empowering people to live fulfilling lives so they can make an impact in the world we live in. I believe coaching is an excellent tool, which enables people to discover direction and solutions for themselves and implement these effectively.
In spring 2006 I graduated with distinction from The Life Purpose Institute gaining a Diploma in Professional Life Coaching. Since then I have coached a variety of clients in the UK and Germany.
I am married to Alistair, together we have three sons. Before becoming a Life Coach I worked in financial administration and as PA in the public, voluntary and commercial sectors.
